1. INMP Newsletter #39 Available in English & Japanese
The INMP Newsletter, Issue #39 is now available in English and Japanese: The Spanish edition is forthcoming. For previous issues of the Newsletter, go to: inmp-news.museumsforpeace.org/previous-issues. Please send articles or announcements for future issues of the newsletter to inmp.news@gmail.com

2. The 11th International Conference of Museums for Peace: Digital Access Available

The digital conference platform for the 11th International Conference of Museums for Peace contains all presentations and talks from the three conference days. It can be accessed at uppsala2023.se/conference/ until December 31st 2023, for those who have registered for the conference. For those who have not registered, digital access is available for 500 SEK plus VAT. The abstract book from the Conference is also available for free HERE.

3. INMP 2023 Elections Results Announced
The INMP Nominations and Elections Committee announces the newly elected INMP Executive Board and Advisory Council member for the 2024-2026 term. Since the number of eligible nominees was fewer than the number of open seats for the two offices, voting was not necessary. See: Profiles of INMP Executive Board and Advisory Council (2024-2026).

4. Leadership Transition Period

Selection Process for INMP Coordinators (2024-2026)
On November 21, 2023, the newly-elected Executive Board and Advisory Board members will meet with the current INMP Leadership Team (including Coordinators, Executive Board, Working Group Team Leaders, and Senior Advisors). At this meeting, the current Coordinators will propose a procedure to appoint new Coordinator(s) in accordance with the INMP statues. The new Coordinators' eligibility requirements, job description and role expectations for 2024-2026, will be discussed. Prospective Coordinators will be invited to caucus with each other, to confer with INMP leaders (current and newly-elected), and then submit their proposal/platform statement for the newly-elected Executive Board to reveiw and approve. Per the statutes, the newly-elected Executive Board shall appoint the INMP Coordinator(s).

5. INMP PayPal Account Update

Recently, we learned that the INMP Paypal account has banned international transactions. Thus, we have to pause sending or receiving any money, including INMP membership dues. It looks inevitable now that INMP must its INMP business office operations from Kyoto to elsewhere from the year 2024. INMP Coordinators request your input <<inmp.coordinators@gmail.com >> for this transition process, and improvements to the INMP's banking, financing, and accounting operations.

6. Museums4PeaceForum: New Communications Tool

The INMP eCommunications Team announces the Museums4PeaceForum, a news, announcements, and discussion tool for information about museums for peace and other cultural and educational organizations, projects, and research endeavors related to peace-making and peacebuilding. See groups.google.com/g/museums4peaceforum to join the forum and to read or post announcements or articles. The Museums4PeaceForum is a free public service available with automated Google translation service in multiple languages.

2. 第11回国際平和ミュージアム会議：デジタルアクセスが可能に

第11回国際平和ミュージアム会議のデジタル・カンファレンス・プラットフォームには、3日間にわたる会議の全プレゼンテーションと講演が収録されています。会議の登録者はuppsala2023.se/conference/ からアクセスできます。まだ登録しておらず、会議の内容を閲覧希望の人は500SEKプラス付加価値税（日本円にして約８千円）で今からでも登録できます。2023 年 12 月 31 日まで利用可能です。会議のアブストラクト集は無料で閲覧可能です。日本語版はここにあります。

3. INMP2023年選挙結果発表

4. リーダーシップ移行期間

INMPコーディネーターの選考プロセス（2024～2026年）

2023年11月21日、新たに選出された執行委員会および諮問委員会のメンバーは、現INMPリーダーシップチーム（コーディネーター、執行委員会、ワーキンググループチームリーダー、シニアアドバイザーを含む）と会合を持つ予定です。この会合で、現コーディネーターは、INMP規約に従って新コーディネーターを任命する手順を提案します。新コーディネーターの資格要件、職務内容、2024-2026年に期待される役割について議論する。コーディネーター候補者は、INMPリーダーたち（現職および新任）と協議の上、提案書・綱領を提出し、新任執行委員会の審議と承認を受けます。規約に従い、新たに選出された執行委員会がINMPコーディネーターを任命します。

5. INMPペイパルアカウントについての最新情報

最近、INMPのPaypalアカウントでの国際取引ができなくなっていることが判明しました。従って、INMP会費を含むいかなる金銭の送受信も一時停止せざるを得なくなっています。2024年以降、INMPの事務局を京都から他の場所に移すことは避けられないようです。この移行プロセス、およびINMPの銀行業務、財務、会計業務の改善について、コーディネーター宛に皆様のご意見をお聞かせください<<inmp.coordinators@gmail.com >>。
