Peace Greetings from the INMP Coordinators, Iratxe, Akihiko and Satoko!

In this edition of the INMP COORDINATORS BULLETIN, we provide news and announcements emerging from the first meetings of seven INMP Working Groups/Committees.

1. Headlining the announcements is the call and invitation for organizations or individuals to submit proposals to host The 11th International Conference of Museums for Peace to be held in 2023. Please circulate widely. … Read the details here.
   

2. Working Group #4 [HERITAGE, ACTIVITIES, & PROJECTS] has listed six new webinars and workshops for 2021-2022. The webinars and workshops are planned for late-May 2021 through January 2022. … Read the details here.
   

3. Working Group #1 [GOVERNANCE]: The aim of the Governance team for 2021-2023 is to update/revise key INMP documents (statutes, legal status, banking accounts, fundraising). The first task of Working Group #1 will be to revise and update the mission, vision and goals of INMP.
   

4. Working Group #2 [PUBLICATIONS COORDINATION]: The objectives of the Publications Coordination Committee are to initiate, develop, and track publications (digital and in paper) involving "museums for peace." The tasks and members of Working Group #6 [LIBRARY AND ARCHIVES] will be combined with Working Group #2 (see below).
   

5. Working Group #3 [JAPANESE COMMUNICATIONS] aims to support translation services for the INMP Newsletter and the INMP Coordinators’ Bulletin. The Working Group will explore the feasibility of Japanese interpretation services at INMP sponsored webinars and the INMP International Conferences.
   

6. Working Group #6 [LIBRARY AND ARCHIVES] aims to (1) conduct a search for an editor-in-chief of the INMP Newsletter; and (2) to reevaluate the aims, function, audience and workflow of the INMP Newsletter. Iratxe Momoitio will chair Working Group #6.
   

7. Working Group #7 [COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS]: The aims of the COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS working group are: (1) to update and maintain the website and social networks and (2) to facilitate the communications within the INMP and with the public (press, media). Its first major project will be to revise and update the INMP website.
   

8. Working Group #8 [MEMBERSHIP & NETWORK DEVELOPMENT]: The aim of the MEMBERSHIP AND NETWORK DEVELOPMENT working group are: (1) to clarify the INMP membership list; (2) to review and revise the INMP membership fee structure; (3) to review and revise the banking practices, currently exclusively centralized in Kyoto. A task force will draft a new INMP membership fee structure expected to be implemented for 2022. The INMP fees for 2021 will be the same as in 2020, and we will send the invoices for the payments of 2021 soon.
   

9. The governing council of the International Peace Research Association (IPRA) has given ad-hoc approval to launch a new Memorials and Museums for Peace Commission (MMPC), whose members will have the opportunity to network with INMP members. Read the details here.

INMPコーディネーターのイラッチェ・モモイシオ、君島東彦、乗松聡子より、平和のご挨拶です。

今号の「INMPコーディネーター・ブレティン」では、７つのINMPワーキンググループ/コミティーの初回のミーティングから生じたニュースやお知らせを掲載します。

2. ワーキンググループ４（ヘリテージ、活動、プロジェクト）は、２０２１年から２２年にかけて６つのウェビナーを提案しています。２０２１年５月末から２０２２年１月ぐらいにかけての開催を予定しています。詳しくはこちら… 詳細を日本語で読む
   

3. ワーキンググループ１（ガバナンス）：２０２１年から２３年までのガバナンス・チームの目的は、INMPの基本文書（規約、法的地位、銀行口座、ファンドレイジング）を更新・改正することです。ワーキンググループ１の最初のタスクは、INMPの使命（ミッション）、展望（ビジョン）、達成目標（ゴール）を見直し更新することです。

4. ワーキンググループ２（出版の手配）：出版手配コミティーの目的は、「平和のための博物館」関連の出版活動（デジタル、紙両方）を提起し、進展させ、フォローすることです。ワーキンググループ６（ライブラリーとアーカイブ）のタスクとメンバーは、ワーキング２と合体します。（下方参照）

5. ワーキンググループ３（日本語コミュニケーション）は、INMPニュースレターとINMPコーディネーター・ブレティンの日本語訳サービスをサポートします。このワーキンググループはINMP主催のウェビナーや、INMPの国際会議の日本語通訳についても実現可能性を検討します。

6. ワーキンググループ６（ライブラリーとアーカイブ）：ワーキンググループ６の目的は、（１）INMPニュースレターの新編集長選出を行うことと、（２）INMPニュースレターの目的、機能、対象、作業手順の再評価をすることです。イラッチェ・モモイシオが議長を務めます。

7. ワーキンググループ７（コミュニケーション・システム）：コミュニケーション・システム・ワーキンググループの目的は（１）ウェブサイト、SNSの更新と維持と、（２）INMP内部と、対一般（報道機関、メディア）のコミュニケーションを円滑に進めることです。最初の主要プロジェクトはINMPウェブサイトの刷新です。
   

8. ワーキンググループ８（メンバーシップ・ネットワーク発展）: メンバーシップとネットワーク発展ワーキンググループの目的は（１）INMPメンバーシップリストの明確化、（２）会費制度を再検討し見直しを行うこと、（３）現在、京都だけに集中している銀行口座管理を再検討し、見直すことです。タスク・フォースが新たなINMPの会費制度の設計図を作り、２０２２年には実施する予定です。２０２１年の会費は２０２０年と同じになります。
   

9. 国際平和研究学会（IPRA)の運営審議会が、新たに「平和のための記念碑と博物館委員会」（MMPC)に対し当座の承認を与えました。MMPCのメンバーはINMPのメンバーとネットワークする機会を持ちます。詳しくはこちら 詳細を日本語で読む
